Case No.198 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20(b)(ii)C of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. The recovery is of 37 Kgs. of ganja from a car. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in the crime and the ganja, which has been recovered from the car, belongs to other co- accused. 6. Considering the huge quantity of illicit Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57228 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 ganja, which is alleged to have been recovered from the car in question, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.
