Heard Ms. Feba Nisha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioners institute a suit in O.S.No.7107/2022 and files an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the CPC and another analogous application. The petitioners file the subject petition on 22.07.2024 on the score that the application - I.A.Nos.1 and 2 filed with the suit in O.S.No.7107/2022, when the suit was instituted in the year 2022, have not yet been decided by the concerned Court today. 4. In the light of the prayer being innocuous and failure on the part of the concerned Court to pass necessary orders on I.A.Nos.1 and 2 filed along with the suit, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to decide the application - I.A.Nos.1 and 2, in accordance with law, at any rate within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31737 WP No. 20616 of 2024 With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
