Pursuant to the order dated 25.06.2025, petitioner No. 1 Smt. Roli Chaudhary (corpus) is present before this Court. According to the Aadhar Card, the date of birth of the petitioner No. 1 Smt. Roli Chaudhary (corpus) is recorded as 15.06.1999 and is, accordingly, major. On the query being raised, she has expressed her willingness to join her husband, petitioner No. 2 Raj Kapoor. Accordingly, Smt. Roli Chaudhary (corpus) and petitioner No. 2 Raj Kapoor can go together. The present petition is, accordingly, allowed. The amount of Rs. 20,000/- in cash as legal expense has been handed over by petitioner No. 2 Raj Kapoor to the petitioner No. 1 Smt. Roli Chaudhary (corpus).
