By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent No. 7 to conclude the departmental enqiry on the basis of letter dated 29.03.2025 within a stipulated period of time. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for the disposal of departmental enquiry in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the departmental enquiry within a period of three months from the production of certified copy of this order after following the procedure as prescribed under the relevant Punishment and Appeal Rules and in full compliance of principles of natural justice.
