The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition:- (a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Nos.2 to 5 restrained the respondent nos.6 to 8 not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner from his Gata No.1446 and 1447 during the pendency of the writ petition. (b) Issue any other writ, order or direction the respondent no.3 take the appropriate action against the respondent nos.6 to 8 may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case. 2. The dispute is essentially between two sets of private individuals in relation to right, title and interest over immovable property and therefore, we are not inclined to examine the same in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail civil remedy. 4.
