In the light of the above, considering my earlier order dated 13.08.2025, I am inclined to allow this revision petition, dispensing with the notice to the respondent, in view of the limited relief sought for in the revision and by directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
