Heard Sri Kuldeep Kumar, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Satyam Narayan, learned counsel for informant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for State. 2. Applicant-Jakir has again approached this Court by way of filing present bail application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2023, under Sections 323, 376AB IPC and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kharakhauda, District Meerut. 3. The accused on one hand has refused to take an Advocate from the legal aid and, therefore, there is a delay in conclusion of trial. On the other hand, he has engaged an Advocate before this Court to argue the case, that there is a delay in conclusion of trial, therefore, at this stage, prayer for bail is rejected. However, it is directed that an Advocate be appointed for applicant from defence counsel so that trial may proceed expeditiously and interest of accused also be protected. Applicant has a liberty to approach this Court or Trial Court after a reasonable period for bail. 4. Accordingly, bail application is disposed of with aforesaid direction/observation.
