SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS seeking to respondent No.2 to register an FIR against respondents No.6 to 8 or in the alternate issue appropriate direction to respondent No.2 to conclude the inquiry on the representation dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh to look into the representation dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
