Pursuant to the order dated 25.06.2025, the corpus Deepanjalee Pal is present before this Court. On the query being raised, the corpus Deepanjalee Pal states that she has completed her graduation and is major. Further she has denied having married with Anish Kumar Pal and have refused to go along with him. The original testimonials/educational certificates of the corpus Deepanjalee Pal are in the custody of Anish Kumar Pal. S.H.O., P.S. Meerganj, District Jaunpur shall ensure that all the testimonials/educational certificates of the corpus which are in the custody of Anish Kumar Pal be collected and hand over to the corpus by 20.07.2025 positively. As the corpus has refused to go along with the petitioner, the petition has no merit and is accordingly, dismissed. The legal expense of Rs. 15,000/- cash has been handed over to the corpus today itself.
