Case No. 1322 of 2025, whereby an application under Section 173(4), B.N.S.S. (Section 156(3), Cr.P.C.) has been treated as a complaint case. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
