Notice. Mr. L.N.Sharma, Learned State Counsel waives notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned State Counsel state that the application is formal in nature and no reply is intended to be filed to this application.

Applicant [Anil Kumar alias Sethu] has filed the instant application, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking two weeks further time to comply with the directions contained in the judgement dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal No. 337 of 2017, whereby, upon acquittal the applicant was mandated to furnish the bail bonds with one surety to the satisfaction of Learned Trial Court/Registrar [Judicial] within four weeks in terms of Section 437-A of Cr.P.C [Section 481 of BNSS].
3. Para 3 of the application reveals the circumstances due to which the applicant could not comply with the directions contained in the judgement dated 10.01.2025.
4. Taking into account the entirety of the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that in order to secure the ends of justice, the prayer of the applicant deserves to be allowed.
Accordingly, the applicant is directed to furnish the personal bonds and surety bonds in terms of the judgement dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 337 of 2017 titled as Anil Kumar versus State of Himachal Pradesh, within two weeks from today positively; before the Learned Trial Court/Registrar (Judicial) as the case may be.
5. Registry is directed to furnish a copy of this order to the Trial Court i.e. Additional District and Sessions Judge (ii), Una, District Una, (H.P.) for information and compliance, if occasion arises hereinafter.
In aforesaid terms, the instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
