The petitioner, namely, Smti. Bobita Bhuyan, wife of Dhan Bikash Gogoi, resident of Village-Duliajan Bamhukuta Gaon, P.O. & P.S. Duliajan, District-Dibrugarh, has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending her arrest in Duliajan P.S. Case Page No.# 2/2 No. 161/2024 registered under Sections 420/406/468/471 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 866/2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Duliajan P.S. Case No. 161/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 16/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum/authority for her regular bail in said Duliajan P.S. Case No. 161/2024 on or before 10.04.2025. 5. Till then (i.e., 10.04.2025), the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to her earlier on 06.02.2025 in said Duliajan P.S.
