1. The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to consider and grant him compassionate appointment in view of death of his father.
2. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. A.G., Haryana, who on advance notice is present in Court, at the outset, submits that petitioner has already been extended financial assistance to the tume of Rs.10,00,000/-, thus, he is not entitled to compassionate appointment.
3. Faced with this, Ms. Shaveta Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw instant petition.
