Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) By means of instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- “(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to grant the benefit of selection/promotional pay scale by counting the services rendered by the petitioner from 20-05-1995. (ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to release all service benefits to the petitioner from the date of appointment i.e. 20-05-1995, taking into account entire service length of the petitioner in the respondent department. (iii) any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) Award the cost of petition to the petitioner.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment 2 dated 27.03.2017, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and other connected matters and judgment dated 30.08.2018, passed by the Division bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 279 of 2018, State of Uttarakhand and others Vs. Harish Singh Bora and others and connected cases. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated dated 27.03.2017, passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and other connected matters and judgment dated 30.08.2018, passed by the Division bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 279 of 2018, State of Uttarakhand and others Vs.
