Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for quashing of entire proceedings, including charge-sheet dated 25.10.2018 as well as cognizance / summoning order dated 30.05.2019, of Case No. 712 of 2019 (State Vs. Alka Bansal and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 213 of 2018, under Sections - 417, 465, 471 I.P.C., Police Station - Thakurdwara, District - Moradabad, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad. 4. During arguments it has been pointed out that applicants have already filed an application for discharge, which is pending before the Trial court and thus, appropriate direction may be made to the Trial court concerned to decide the said application expeditiously in accordance with law. 5. In view of aforesaid, the learned Trial court concerned is directed to expedite the hearing on the discharge application filed by the applicants and to decide the same as early as possibly, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 6.
