This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. The above noted interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to correct the G.R. Case number as has been furnished in CRLMC application as well as the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners, at the outset, contended that inadvertently a wrong G.R. Case number has been typed out in the body of the CRLMC application for which the said mistake has crept into the order dated 19.08.2025. He further submitted that the correct Page 2 of 2. G.R. Case number is “963(A) of 2006”. 5. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, the “G.R. Case No.936(A) of 2006”, wherever it appears in the body of the CRLMC application, be read as “G.R. Case No.963(A) of 2006”. 6. In view of the aforesaid modification, the order dated 19.08.2025 is modified to the extent that wherever “G.R. Case No.936(A) of 2006” appears, the same be read as “G.R. Case No.963(A) of 2006”. 7. This order shall be given effect to subject to the Petitioners paying cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) to be deposited in the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund. 8.
