The writ petition has been filed praying for following relief:- "a. Pass an order with direction to cancel the Parole of Convict,Ashutosh Singh @ Dabbu convicted by the virtue of the judgement dated 19.4.2019 by this Hon'ble Court in "State Vs. Raghubir Singh. b) Pass an order/direction for setting up an enquiry regarding the Parole release of Convict Uttam Singh and convict Ashutosh Singh@ Dabbu without any release order." Learned A.G.A. has placed the order of parole passed by coordinate Bench of this court on 14.2.2025 in Criminal Misc.Writ Petition No. 2616 of 2025.Therefore, it is clear that parole was granted to the accused, Uttam Singh by this court. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that both the accused namely, Ashutosh Singh @ Dabbu and Uttam Singh have surrendered and are in jail,therefore there is no security threat to the petitioner.
