In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the reply dated 13.12.2024 (Annexure- F) at the earliest within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the consideration of the reply at Annexure-F, no precipitative action be taken against petitioners herein. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
