2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(4), 111(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-A) and 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Alok Singh, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh.
3. On 13.12.2024 at about 5.00 p.m., Surendra Ganjhu sustained firearm injury on his left thigh as the pistol which was kept in his pocket got fired when he was taking out his pistol. Petitioner is alleged to have taken Surendra Ganjhu to hospital for treatment.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that apart from the fact that the petitioner has taken Surendra Ganjhu to hospital for treatment, there is no other material against him on the record.
5. Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Singh, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024.
