2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. of 60 2023 for the offences registered under section 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Rojleena Bara, JMFC, Palamau.
3. During the intervening night of 24 / 25.06.2023, pick-up van of the Informant bearing registration no. JH 14G 4565 was way laid by five persons Vanshakti Hotel Padwa More. Dacoits took away Rs. 3,500/-, mobile phone and pickup van of the Informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Anoj Singh has been granted bail by this court and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Rojleena Bara, JMFC, Palamau in connection with Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. of 60 2023.
