The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.125 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 127(2)/115(2), 118(1), 76, 109, 352, 351(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023. 3. The petitioner is a woman. She is said to have assaulted the victim. The husband of the petitioner is also said to have assaulted the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and also considering her period of custody, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.
