The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Aligarh in Criminal Revision No. 136 of 2023, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 03.01.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 4 in Complaint Case No. 1139 of 2015, by which learned Magistrate took cognizance under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506 IPC. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
