By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.9.2023 passed by the Additional District Magistrate-respondent No. 3 in case No. 999/2023, (D202316530000999) (Savitri vs. Land Management Committee), under Section 198(4) of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act. Shri Ashwani Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the Land Management Committee has now been allowed. In view of subsequent developments, he does not want to press the present writ petition any more. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, having become infructuous. It is open for the petitioner to avail the legal remedy as provided under law against the aforesaid final order.
