The Co-ordinate Bench on 25.09.2025, directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within a week subject to deposit of costs and on his doing so, he would be admitted to interim bail. 3. Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 27.11.2025, as per which, petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender. 4.
