In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the District Magistrate/ Chairman Disaster Management Authority, Kushinagar, i.e., the opposite party no. 3 disclosing that an order dated 17.04.2025 has been passed by the Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh directing for a payment of Rs. 50,00,000/- as ex- gratia payment to the applicant. The order dated 17.04.2025 has been annexed with the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record. It has also been stated in the affidavit that the amount has been credited in the account of the applicant. The said fact is also admitted by the counsel for the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged.
