Pilkhua, District- Hapur, pending in the court of learned 8th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur including the charge-sheet dated 02.04.2025 as well as summoning order dated 13.05.2025. 3. Connect this case with Application u/s 528 BNSS No.22056 of 2025 (Krishna Sharma @ Yogesh Sharma and 3 Others vs. State of U.P. and Another). 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the arguments raised by learned counsel for applicants, who sought the attention of this Court over the order dated 01.07.2025 passed in connected matter, the interim protection granted in the connected matter shall be applicable in the instant matter also. 5.
