JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the appointment order dated 11.12.2018 (Annexure-B) wherein the respondent no.3 has issued Moktesari sannad, as per Annexure-B to the writ petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46817 WP No. 8922 of 2021 2. Sri.K.Chandranath Ariga, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5, and Sri.Mahantesh Shetter, learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 in chorus submitted that, the writ petition is not maintainable as the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 have nothing to do with the affairs of the temple in question and accordingly sought for dismissal of the writ petition. 3. Though the said submission was opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, learned counsel has not made out any case in so far as under which enactment the redressal of grievances of the petitioner has to be decided. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the fact that, if the petitioner is being aggrieved by the issuance of Moktesari sannad, as per Annexure-B to the writ petition, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Competent Civil Court for redressal of grievance. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46817 WP No. 8922 of 2021 5.
