Mr. Jahangir Ahmad Dar, learned Government Advocate submits that requisite compliance of the writ court direction has taken place by release of due amount in favour of the petitioner and, therefore, the compliance has been carried out, which warrants closure of this contempt petition. 02. Although counsel for the petitioner is not present, this court has no reason to discard the statement of Mr. Jahangir Ahmad Dar, learned Government Advocate in stating that compliance has been carried out. 03. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed, with a liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner that in case the petitioner would hold that due compliance has not taken place, then the petitioner would seek revival of the contempt petition provided the same takes places within a period of sixty days from the date of passing of this order.
