The applicant is ordered R/SCR.A/16463/2025 ORDER DATED: 12/12/2025 to be released on Parole Leave for a period of 2 days from the date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority, and on further conditions that the Applicant should deposit Rs. 1 Lakh amount to be return upon his surrender within stipulated time i.e. on 15.12.2025, without any further order from this Court. 6. The application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permit today.
