Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the drain carrying water discharge from the village was obstructed by some persons. The discharge was into the pond. The administration, to get around the obstruction are seeking to connect the drain to irrigation canal. His client made representation dated 11th July, 2022, inter alia, to respondent no.2, the District Magistrate. He seeks direction upon said respondent to restore discharge of drain water into the pond. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, he has received instructions under communication dated 17th March, 2025. He hands them up. He submits, there is no discharge as alleged. Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.5. Submission on behalf of State is denial of petitioner's allegations. As such, respondent no.2 is directed to deal with petitioner's representation dated 11th July, 2022. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of the representation to said respondent.
