Heard Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Alok Mishra, learned A.G.A.. 2. This is the fourth bail application filed on behalf of the applicant, who is facing trial for an offence under Section 302, 452, 324 IPC and he is in jail, since, 15.09.2022 i.e. about 2 years and 10 months. 3. I have perused the status report of the trial court dated 16.07.2025 that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is at the stage of defense witnesses, however, they are not coming forward to record their statement and a last opportunity was granted to defence to produce their witnesses. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering nature of allegation and present status of the trial which is at the fag end, no case of bail is made out. 5. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. 6. However, it is observed that in case trial is not concluded within a period of three months, the applicant will have an opportunity to approach this Court or the trial court for bail as advised.
