Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 132, 263, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, along with other named accused persons, assaulted police party, snatched official papers and got himself freed from police custody. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. 5.
