The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to consideration of representations of the petitioner by the respondent-Authorities for conducting Phodi in respect of the land bearing Survey No.103, Block 26 situate at Udduru Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hassan Taluk. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, same would indicate that the petitioner has made representations to the respondent-Authorities, seeking Phodi in respect of the land in question.
In that view of the matter, though the petitioner has made representations to the respondent-Authorities, an online application is required to be made to the competent Authority for conducting Phodi. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the competent authority by filing an online application. If such an application is made by the petitioner through online, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
