This Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the order dated 02/09/2009 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 8881/2009 in Writ Petition No. 4018/2005. This Court has directed to calculate and pay the Applicant the retiremental benefits such as gratuity, provident fund and the amount deposited in Indira Vikas Patra as per the record maintained by the Respondent and as permissible under rules within four weeks. 2. On the notice being issued the Respondent No.2 has 946 CP 52.2011.odt 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:31335 filed an affidavit stating therein that they have deposited the dues of Rs.54,003/- with interest towards the payment of provident funds and Indira Vikas Patra and the amount has already been paid by cheque. In the affidavit of July 2011 it is further stated that the Petitioner is entitled to gratuity of Rs.9,200/- and the resolution was passed for the payment of gratuity and is forwarded to the Manager Agricultural Loan and Supervision Department, Jalgaon. It is also stated that the amount would be immediately paid to the Applicant. As soon as the resolutation was sanctioned by the Manager Agricultural Loan and Supervision Department, Jalgaon. Considering that the substantial amount has been already paid in 2011 and the Petitioner has no further instructions about gratuity of Rs.9,200/-. 3.
