ORDER This petition has been filed to call for the records of the Impugned order dated 25.07.2025 on the file of the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to live with his family at Srilankan Tamil Rehabilitation Camp, paramathi, Namakkal.
2. It is seen that the the petitioner’s wife is a refugee and a Sri Lankan National. She was served with a notice dated 25.07.2025, directing her to submit an explanation within three days from 25.07.2025, to explain why the petitioner continues to stay in India even after the expiry of the visa period.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner is a Sri Lankan Citizen who came to India as a refugee. Hence, she is directed to submit an appropriate explanation to the 1st respondent. Upon receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders to accommodate the petitioner in a refugee camp along with his family members.
4. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is
