2. This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 33(1) of the Indian Forest Act in connection with Complaint G (F) Case No.297 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned J.M., Hazaribag.
3. During course of argument, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that chargesheet against the petitioner has already been submitted. There is no apprehension of arrest as cognizance has already been taken. Since the chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has cooperated during investigation, there is no necessity for his custodial trial.
4. In that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned and take necessary steps to file his bail bonds.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
