The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
