THE PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The petition is filed by the Corporation assailing the award dated 27.11.2018 in I.D.R. No.16/2017 on the file of Labour Court, Dakshina Kannada, Mangaluru. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/Corporation and respondent/employee would submit that the dispute is settled and the parties have reduced the terms of the settlement in the joint memo. 3. The joint memo reads as under:- "JOINT MEMO The WP filed against the award in IDR.No.16/2017 dated 27.11.2018 on the file of the Labour Court, Mangalore has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 3 1. The petitioner-Corporation to reinstate the respondent-workman into service, with continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without back wages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement by withholding one annual increment with cumulative effect. 2. Pending default cases if any which are filed will be reopened. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." 4. The joint memo is taken on record. 5. This Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the settlement. Accordingly, the impugned award dated 27.11.2018 in I.D.R.
