Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Deputy Commissioner, Gumla to dispose of his representation wherein he has claimed compassionate appointment.
3. After hearing the parties, I find that the father of the petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher in the State Residential High School, Ghaghra, Gumla. Further the father of this petitioner died in harness on 31.07.2020. The petitioner being eligible applied for compassionate appointment but the matter has yet not been decided.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation his case will be considered.
5. I direct the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Gumla who will consider the case of the petitioner and if necessary place the same before the

Establishment Committee who will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass reasoned order.
6. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within eight weeks thereafter.
7. An appropriate decision would be taken by the appropriate Committee or the Deputy Commissioner which will be communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is found entitled to get appointment, appointment letter should be issued. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons, the rejection order should be should be sent to the petitioner. It is made clear that the petitioner will cooperate with the Authorities. If any document is necessary to be furnished by the petitioner, the same will be furnished by the petitioner at the earliest.
8. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
