1. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following main prayers:-
"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.05.2025 passed by respondent No.3. B. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to conduct the spot inspection of the college of the petitioner."
2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner without entering into merits of the case, made an innocuous prayer to give the liberty to approach afresh to respondent no.3 and also prayed that respondent no.3 may be
directed to pass a fresh order after taking into consideration on the entirety of the matter, in time bound manner.
3. Per contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 has vehemently opposed the writ petition on merits and submitted that by the impugned order the said liberty has already been given by respondent no.3 itself, but he has also not made any objection on the innocuous prayer as made by
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and undertaken that respondent no.3 shall consider the application of the petitioner's institution, if he fulfills all the requisite requirements for the same purposes.

contents made in the writ petition and the documents on record.
5. Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as no objection made on behalf of
learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3. Petitioner is directed to approach respondent no.3, Secretary, U.P. State Medical Faculty, Lucknow, within a period of one week from the date of production of certified copy of this order by filing application/representation and also directed to deposit the requisite fees on the official link after fulfilling all the requirements. After receiving the said representation and after satisfaction that requirement has already been fulfilled by the petitioner, respondent no.3 is directed to pass a fresh detailed
order, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receiving of the said representation.
6. With the aforesaid directions/observations, the present writ petition is disposed of. . (Chandra Dhari Singh, J.)
