Heard learned counsels for the parties. It is not in dispute that the Ras Mela Puja Committee has removed the pandal and there is no obstruction to the egress and ingress of the petitioner. In view of the above, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. The same is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
