ORDE R 07.04..2025 Impugned in this LPA filed by the appellant is an interim order dated 3rd March, 2023 passed in WP (C) No. 202/2025 tiled “Reyaz Ahmad Rather & Ors. Vs. UT of JK and others”. It is submitted that in compliance with impugned order, the Deputy Commissioner, Budgam has already carried „No-Confidence Motion‟, and therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous. In view of the aforesaid development, this appeal has been rendered infructuous and there is fresh cause of action to the appellant to file a petition challenging the „No-Confidence Motion‟, if any, carried against him in accordance with law. Needless to say that in case any such petition is filed by the appellant, the same shall be taken up for consideration by the learned Single Judge along with WP (C) No. 202/2025 on 18.04.2025. The appellant shall file the objections to the WP(C) No. 202/2025 by the next date of hearing.
