Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 to 12, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Pursuant to the order dated 25.06.2025, the petitioner No.1 Mona Pal (corpus) is present before this Court. From the perusal of record, it is apparent that the date of birth of the petitioner No. 1 Mona Pal (corpus) as per the High School certificate is recorded as 26.06.2001 and is, accordingly, major. On the query being raised, she has expressed her desire to go along with her husband petitioner No. 2 Rishabh Pratap Singh. Accordingly, petitioner No. 2 Rishabh Pratap Singh along with the petitioner No. 1 Mona Pal (corpus), who is major can go together. With the aforesaid direction, the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is, accordingly, allowed. The amount of Rs. 20,000/- in cash as legal expense has been handed over by petitioner No. 2 Rishabh Pratap Singh to the petitioner No. 1 Mona Pal (corpus).
