Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the Respondent No.4 in interfering with the rights of the Writ Petitioner over the land in an extent of Ac.0.63 cents in Sy.No.44/3 of Sambepalli Village & Mandal, Annamayya District. 2. The case of the Writ Petitioner is that the Writ Petitioner has acquired the subject land by way of Sale deed dated 17.08.2010 bearing Document No.7827 of2010 (Ex.P1). 3. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Sambepalli Mandal, dated 10.02.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 4. 5. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: "6. As per webland adangal the land in Sy.No 44/3 ext: 1.62 cents(LPM No 826) is coverted From Agriculture land to Non Agriculture Land. 1. In view of the above said facts, I submit that none of the Revenue Officials have Interfered with the rights of the petitioner over the land in Sy.No 44/3 ext:0.63 cents of Sambepalli Village and also the house site pattas to house less poor beneficiaries are issued in Sy.No 44/2 which is purely a vacant Gramakantam land as per Revenue Records. 8. Further I submit that I have been once again reiterating that the Revenue Department, Sambepalli Mandal is not at all interfering with patta land where as house site pattas are not Issued/given in patta land I.e., Sy.No 44/3 ext:0.63 cents petitioners land.. ” The above extract would indicate that the subject land has been converted from Agriculture land to Non-agricultural land and that the Official Respondents are not at all interfering with the subject land and that the house 6. 3 sites are not issued in Sy.No.44/3 of Sambepalli Village & Mandal, Annamayya District. Having regard to the above extract, this Court deems it appropriate to of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits. 7. dispose directing the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law, if any coercive action is sought to be initiated in future, observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands 8.
