[2] By an order dated 12.06.2023 passed by this Court in MC (WP (C)) No. 167 of 2023, the prayer for deleting the names of the applicants No. 5, 17, 20, 24, 26, 31, 36, 37, 40, 46, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 55 to 59, 61, 62, 63, 81, 86, 87, 88, 100, 106, 131, 148, 152, 154, 165, 169, 171, 176, 199, 200, 208, 209, 124, 216 & 217 in the connected W.P. (C) No. 1114 of 2022 were allowed. [3] Subsequently, the present application has been filed by the present applicants 45 in number by submitting that certain bonafide mistake had occurred in giving the serial numbers of the KABORA MBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2025.05.30 16:48:00 +05'30' Page 2 writ petitioners in that the petitioners who want to withdraw from the writ petition have not been included and the name of the petitioners who want to pursue the writ petition have been deleted instead. To rectify such bonafide mistake, the applicants had approached this Court again by filing the present application with a prayer for deleting the names of the present applicants, who are the petitioners No. 21, 93, 100, 102, 103, 104, 105,106, 107,118, 119, 120, 122, 124, 128, 129, 131, 132, 133, 136, 137, 139, 140, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 154, 155, 158, 159, 160, 162, 176, 177, 178, 204, 208 & 219, from the cause title of the connected W.P. (C) No. 1114 of 2022 as they no longer want to pursue with the said writ petition. [4] Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the State respondents as well as Mr. BP Sahu, learned senior counsel appearing for the remaining writ petitioners submitted that they have no objection in deleting the names of the present applicants from the arrays of parties in the writ petition and allowing the present application. [5] Taking into consideration, the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the records of this case, this Court is of the considered view that the earlier order dated 12.06.2023 passed by this Court in MC (WP (C)) Page 3 No. 167 of 2023 needs to be modified. Accordingly, the aforesaid order dated 12.06.2023 passed by this Court is hereby recalled and the deletion of the present applicants, who are 45 in numbers, from the arrays of the petitioners in the aforesaid writ petition is hereby allowed. [6] Registry is directed to delete the names of the present applicants, who are the petitioners No. 21, 93, 100, 102, 103, 104, 105,106, 107,118, 119, 120, 122, 124, 128, 129, 131, 132, 133, 136, 137, 139, 140, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 154, 155, 158, 159, 160, 162, 176, 177, 178, 204, 208 & 219. in the aforesaid writ petition, from the cause title of the connected writ petition and to restore the names of the remaining writ petitioners in the cause title of the present writ petition.
