The petitioner, namely, Shiplu Saha, son of Tapan Kumar Saha, resident of Village-Dakshin Rampur, P.S. Kumargram, District-Alipurduar, West Bengal, has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Agomani P.S. Case No. 59/2024 registered under Sections 303(2)/317(2)/3(5) BNS. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Agomani P.S. Case No. 59/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 03/2025 dated 30.01.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Agomani P.S. Case No. 59/2024. 5. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
