(Oral) Prayer in this criminal writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to search the detenue namely Devank, aged four months at the premises of respondent No.4 or at any other place to be pointed out by the petitioner and to get released the detenue from the illegal custody of respondent No.4. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been substantially redressed. The custody of the minor child of the petitioner has been secured and has been restored to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 04.06.2025, passed by this Court. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. However, the parties would be at liberty to invoke the appropriate remedy as available to them under the Guardians and Wards Act.
