When the matter is listed on 24.06.2025, after hearing either side, this Court observed as follows: Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 2. The main grievance of the petitioner while challenging the charge memorandum is that the petitioner was not provided with document, which is relied on by the Disciplinary Authority. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.22348 of 2025 3. However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that such document has already been furnished to the petitioner. 4. In such view of the matter, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is directed to file necessary document. 5. Post the matter on 27.06.2025. 3. The only contention put-forth by the petitioner is that the document relied on by the Disciplinary Authority has not been served. 4. Today, the Special Government Pleader has produced evidence to show that the document has already been given to the petitioner. In the said document, there is also an acknowledgment given by the petitioner. 5. In such view of the matter, this Court do not find any merit in this writ petition.
