The Sessions Court vide its detailed order has rejected the application on 22.10.2021. After hearing learned Advocate it is found that even if the CCTV footages of the concerned date are directed to be produced before the Sessions Court the same will be made available or not as he does not know whether the said data is still stored with the 2 34criwp1492.21 Police Station. 4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is insisting for passing the order of direction to the Police to produce such CCTV footages.
