Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- a) "To pass an order directing the Respondents to either renew the lease deed or to vacate the premises in the light of the requests made through requisitions sent via email from 20-05-2020 to 06-07-2024 i.e., ANNEXURE-B and consider the said requisition. b) Pass such other orders that this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Sri.Uday Prakash M., learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on instructions submits that the petitioner and respondents have not arrived at a consensus as regard to term the renewal of lease deed and as such, there is no renewal which has happened. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45221 WP No. 27646 of 2024 3. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings for eviction before the appropriate forum, the petition stands disposed of.
